HOMES with a HEART Program

My name is Dodie Jensen, I am a realtor with Tarr Realty NW. I am committed to providing an easy way for you to save money on purchasing or selling their home. This is my way of saying thank you to all who work hard each and every day!

Prior to becoming a realtor in 2015 I was a registered nurse at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. I learned firsthand how hard everyone there worked to make this life better for all. Service to others runs in my family- we have police officers, nurses, teachers, fire and military all within my extended family. I wanted to give back…but how to do it in a meaningful way? It became clear after talking with a police officer and nurse who wanted to sell their beautiful home---And thus began ‘Homes with a Heart.’ At first, I extended this to those in Police, Fire, Medical, Military…. But soon extended to all, we ALL need to be supported and nurtured. We ALL have a heart that needs to be filled. 

Sellers- for those selling their homes using me as their realtor- As a thank you for your service, I will decrease my commission by approximately .5%.

Buyers- for those buying a home using me as their realtor- I will pay for a 1-year home warranty that will help with the cost of repairing or replacing components of your home's systems and appliances if they stop working.

You don’t need to let me know if you would like to use the Homes with a Heart Program at the start of our time working together because I do this for everyone! Everyone has a story to tell, I would love to hear yours!
